LV14 SULA is our home, as well as our business. We invite guests aboard for any day of the week for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Exclusivity! That’s right, step aboard, and the entire Humber Suite is yours! Whether you’re looking for a solo retreat to recharge, a reunion with your shipmates, or a romantic hideaway for 2, there’s just one simple price!
Bookings are subject to £150 deposit within 5 working days of invoice date. Balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Guests are welcome to check in from 16:00 hrs and are kindly required to check out by midday. Fancy a wander around the Quays before you go? No problem! We are more than happy to store your luggage for you.
On check in, we’ll give you an introductory tour to the Humber Suite and its facilities. We’ve also got lots of tips on local restaurants, coffee bars, and much more to share!
We have a phased approach to cancellations in order to give our guests maximum flexibility:
Cancel 60 days or more before arrival – 100% refund on monies paid
Cancel 30 – 60 days before arrival – 50% refund on monies paid
Cancel less than 30 days before arrival – no refund.
LV14 SULA is a registered historic Lightship and as such is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. As much as we would love to welcome everyone aboard, the number of trip hazards, sloping floors and steep staircases just are not suitable for some.
You may be aware that we have two lovely ship dogs of our own onboard! As LV14 SULA is their home, we do not accept any visiting pets. The Humber Suite is strictly out of bounds to our playful Stanley and Boz.
We offer complimentary parking for one vehicle with every booking. Additional spaces can be provided for a small fee. Parking is just a couple of minutes’ walk along the towpath in a CCTV controlled car park. Registration must be provided in advance.
We are moored just a short stroll away from Gloucester Quays outlet centre with shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema. In fact, within 400m of the gang way, we have over 50 eateries to suit all tastes.
There is also a large supermarket and tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, museums and Kingsholm Gloucester Rugby Stadium all within a short walk.
